Quality Construction
The Waterways Apartments are constructed of reinforced concrete floors and concrete block walls to a design by CGMJ and Apec International.
Roofs are insulated and constructed of timber trusses with plywood sheathing covered by standing seam metal roof. The construction is in accordance with regulations recognising hurricane wind loading requirements.

Interior Comfort
Enter the Waterways Apartments through solid wood paneled doors, where the terraces look out to waterway views and have screened patio doors. Attractive, easy to maintain ceramic tiled floors feature in the entrance hall, kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom and covered terrace. Bedrooms and connecting hallways are luxuriously carpeted.

The apartments are centrally air-conditioned with zone controls. In addition, there are ceiling fans in dining/living room and bedrooms. The living room and master bedroom are pre-wired for telephones and 24 channels of television. The kitchen features laminated European style cabinets with built-in double stainless steel sink and is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, food waste disposer, electric range and microwave oven. Amenities at the Waterways include a swimming pool, tennis courts, security guards, and access to boat dock. The central area surrounding the swimming pool is also landscaped for added privacy.

The tennis court by the main entrance to the development is linked to the apartments by pathways, which are lit by night. Three bedroom apartments have two parking spaces and additional parking is available for guests throughout the development. A satellite television system is connected to every apartment with 24 channels available. A recreation building houses changing rooms and a bar.
